FQA (frequently questioned answers)
We are trying to adjust the most suitable time for you. And every week we are doing maintenances at a set day and time. We need (generally) 30-60 minutes for weekly maintenance each machine.
For example, you have 4 machines in your production line and you’re working every day 8am to 4pm. We are doing weekly maintenance every Thursday from 5pm to 8pm.
Our mobile team is based in Birmingham. We provide the service from there because Birmingham is geologically centre of England. So, we are serving everywhere around 2 hour distance from Birmingham.
They are shortly cities which we serve, Coventry, Birmingham, Northampton, Gloucester, Swindon, Bristol, Oxford, Newbury, London, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Ipswich, Peterborough, Leicester, Norwich, Shrewsbury, Derby, Nottingham, Lincoln, Sheffield, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Preston.
We believe we will expand all around the UK in a short time.
We reach the catalogues and manuals of your machines according to the machine information we received from you before the maintenance operations. If you have a bespoke automation system, we request documents from the manufacturer and we apply daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance procedures according to the items written here.
Of course, you can see the below figure that about one machine’s maintenance list here:
We send a report after every maintenance like this below;

Do you need maintenance services?
If you also have various industrial machines such as CNC machines, conveyors, compressor/pneumatic systems, semi/fully automatic production lines, these machines will have daily, weekly, monthly and maybe annual maintenance. These treatments include both mechanical and electrical parts.
These maintenance should be done on time by experienced and trained technical teams. Otherwise, unwanted accidents can result in human life or permanent damage.
Yes, these daily treatments are very important for your machines. However, if you think of the daily maintenance of the human body as sleep, you are meeting the sleep needs of your machines, this is a good situation.
However, every person needs holidays on certain days a week so that they start the new week with renewed and recovered. Just like this, your machines need weekly maintenance. In this way, more detailed machine cleaning and maintenance are performed which you do not look / control in daily maintenance.
You can think of monthly maintenance as your annual leave. We return to our business with more renewed and new ideas on our annual leave and this increases our morale extraordinarily. Your machines do not need such a holiday, maybe all they need is to replace the oil, clean the control panel, check the sockets.
